Shag on Sports Oh no. Not Again.

I’m just sad that it comes so late in the year.

Toledo 13, Michigan 10.

Your eyes deceive you not. It was the ugliest win in the long, sad history of ugly wins. But you take them where you can get them. It’s just nice to see an offense as anemic as the Rockets’ has been. Still, that 100-yard pick-6 by Tyrell Herbert is somethin’ special.

I figured I should point this out, but even though I hadn’t updated it in a year, the folks back at the Death Star have finally blown up my old sports blog, and replaced it with a new one. Enter The Benchwarmers, the official “online presence” for the new Sunday night sports talk show.

The show just started a few weeks ago, and I tell you what, Glenn, Jim, and Don sound pretty damn good together. (Although I don’t know why they’re using the old Kitna Kounter… even the Bizzaro Kitna Kounter, for that matter). I suggest you listen (Sundays, 7pm-9pm), or at least read the blog.

(No, I’m not on the show. I need at least one day off, damnit!)

I took Brandie and Ella to the Toledo-Ball State game. This picture was taken when there was still hope.

But then there are four more ads that are flat out headscratchers.
