That would be me. I’ve put this off for way to long, and in the process, missed out on some important stories… namely, the firing of Stan Joplin. (who, in this humble sports reporter’s/blogger’s/whatever you call me’s opinion, sucks for Stan, but was probably inevitable). So I’m just going to pound these results out super quick, and so that way I’ve got this monkey off my back and I can start talking about Akron’s magical run in the NIT (overtime win over FSU, baby!).

1942 was by far the worst team of the bunch, losing all 5 games to Joey Harrington and the 2002 team, and in the one game I ran in the championship, was lit up by Charlie Batch for 5 TDs. 45 to 7 the final.
